Excursions Varna & Bourgas

Varna is the Bulgarian's Sea Capital. The gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea is situated at the end of the big Varna Bay, with a convenient and well conserved water area a port which in years handles up to 18 million tons of cargo. The city's peculiar sea charm is sublime and moving. Ancient, medieval, renaissance and modern cultures mingle and coexist through the city.. The Bourgas Black Sea Coast offers some marvellous conditions for sea tourism. It also has unique natural resources such as mineral springs, curative mud and natural lakes which host threaten with extinction and protected plant and animal life. The rich cultural and historical heritage offers opportunities for development of cultural tourism. The biggest town in the area is Bourgas. The region bears its name. The climate of Bourgas is suitable for recreation – mild winter and long sunny summer. The beaches are covered with dark black curable sand. The eastern Bulgarian coast is washed by the Black Sea. 380 km stunning stretch of beaches, calm and safe sea, clear water and healthy air, fine golden sand and natural dunes, mineral water springs, blue flag winning resorts, holiday villages and campsites. Average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, water temperature - 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August. The two international airports of Varna and Bourgas connects the Bulgarian Riviera to the world.

Excursions to Pamporovo

The Rhodope Mountain is situated at Southern Europe and more specifically in the southern part of the Balkan Peninsula. Some of its territory occupies the territory of Bulgaria and the rest of it is in Northern Greece. The highest mountain chains lie in the Northern part of Bulgaria, which is actually the midpoint of the mountain itself. The highest peak, Big Perelik, is at 2191 meters above the sea level. Russe

The city of Russe is located on the high right bank of the Danube River,496 km from the outflow of the big river in the Black Sea, 320 km northeast of Sofia. The largest Bulgarian city on the Danube has a long history - from the 5000-year-old prehistoric settlement, the Roman town of Sexaginta Prista, or the Port of the Sixty Ships, and the important Ottoman harbour and fortress, to the present economic and cultural centre where Art Nouveau-inspired ornamentation drips from delicate turn-of the-century houses. About 200 buildings in Russe are listed in the architectural and historical heritage of Bulgaria, the most outstanding of which are: the 1908 Liberation Monument.
