How To Upload Property

How to upload your property

Uploading your property could not be easier. We have listed below some general hints and tips to help you get the most from you advertising and help you on each step.

1) First of all you will need to add a Short Title for your advert – Give a brief look at what type of property it is and in what area

2) Next add in the property Description – Now this is where you can put in as much information as you can or want to advertise your property. Try to break the descriptions down into sections thus giving as much information as you can, so that you are covering every aspect of you property. For Example: Living Area: covering a description of bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, Garden or facilities: swimming pool, BBQ, terrace, garage etc, extras: TV, internet, furnished. Location: try and give specific details on how far from the nearest town, how far from the local shops, airport, medical centre etc. Alternative this can also be added in under Step 8

3) Ref Number: This will be generated via the website

4) Number of Bedrooms – Selection form the dropdown list the number of bedrooms.

5) Next Pick the Area : Selection form the drop down list the nearest town to where your property is located, this will be the allocated area in the search facility

6) Price: input the price you want to let the property at in EUROS Per week – if you want to give a different price i.e. per month, discounted etc please put this in your description.

7) Main Picture: This will be the picture on the front of the advertisement – once this is uploaded you will be able to add in more once your advert is saved.

8) Additional Features and Village amenities: Select form the Menu each feature that is available and complete the village amenities

9) Additional Picture: Once your Property advert is complete, you will be able to see this and there will be an option for pictures, if you click into this you have the option then to add additional pictures of your property onto your advertisement
